Main concept behind the design process was Seamless connection of inside and outside is achieved by elevation of courtyard. sit out area – a private area having a relaxing look with lot of green space around.
Dining has a table provided for 12 people and 2 tables for 4 people each in the verandah; these can be joined together to make a bigger table when required.
Environmental design aspects majorly considered such as Contour levels are not disturbed in fact use of contours for leveled planning. We tried our best to drive the design with Luxury and rustic touch hand in hand.
