Due to limitation of the site shape and size, the building takes up maximum building limits to become a box, and packs around a multi-dimensional spaces carved out from inside. The layers of smooth flowing curves, changes its geometry on each floor to create lightness and dynamic space inside.
These hoarding are placed next to each other in a grid form to form a pattern on to the elevation. These hoarding is made up of triangular sections revolving around a axle. These triangular sections shall be fitted with vinyl posters of advertisements. They shall rotate with synchronized movement, to display advertisement. There shall be a gap of 10 seconds for every rotation. Thus each advertising panel shall display 3 advertisements. thus generating 3 times income for the operator . or this can be calculated by reducing the cost of advertisements by 3 times. There are 44 such panels on the building.
The roof is a double skin roof. it is designed to take in the north light as well as protect from transmission of heat from the roof material through radiation. the double roofing system is best suitable form of roofing for hot and dry climate. The curve below gives a good texture to the space below when kept in a particular pattern. The flat roof above accommodates solar panels to generate electricity for the entire building or at least the advertising panels depending on the cost that can be beared at initial stage. this makes the building "energy efficient"
